Q. This is my first order. What should I do?

Since this is your first order you won't have your personal Brita Wash laundry bag yet. Simply place your laundry in any bag or basket. Make your booking either online or, over the phone. Upon the delivery of your order you will receive a bag of your own to keep and use for future bookings. An invoice will be sent to you either via email or as a copy. Feel free to utilize our website whenever you wish to make another booking.

 

Q. What are the pickup and delivery hours?

For customers requiring laundry, cleaning and ironing services our pickup and delivery service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
For customers with laundry needs we can tailor the pickup and delivery schedule according to the requirements of your business. Please contact us at 0406 705 677 so we can arrange a schedule for pickups and deliveries that suits your business.

 

Q. How much does it cost to clean my laundry?

The charge for cleaning per kilogram is $7 for a return within 2 3 days
$10, for same day service.

 

Q. Can you pick up. Deliver at my workplace?

Certainly! Our pickup and delivery service covers all areas of Melbourne including workplaces.

 

Q. Can you pick up. Deliver at my hotel?

Absolutely! We provide pickup and delivery services to hotels well.
We offer laundry, cleaning and ironing services, for hotel guests over Melbourne. To make a booking you can use our websites contact form. Call us at 0406 705 677. Just leave your bag with the concierge at your hotel making sure its clearly labeled with your name and room number. Our friendly delivery drivers will then pick up your laundry from the hotel concierge. Return it to you there.

Q. Do you offer a linen service?

A; Yes we do! We have a range of sets available including sheets, duvet covers pillowcases. Additionally we offer types of towels such as face towels, hand towels, large towels, bath mats and even tea towels. All our linen is owned by Brita Wash Laundry Services. Is of quality.

Q.How can I inform you about stains that require attention?

Please provide a description of the areas that need special treatment, in the "let us know what you need" section when placing your order.

 

Q. What if my laundry doesn't fit in one bag?

We will gladly provide you with a bag. You can request bags as you require. You only pay for the items we clean.

 

Q. Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?

No there's no need for you to be at home during pickup and delivery. You can leave instructions. Share your gate code in the order notes. If necessary we are more than willing to make arrangements for access. Feel free to contact us to discuss this further.

 

Q. What if theres an issue with my order?

If there are any problems with your order please reach out to us via our website or telephone. We will promptly address any concerns you may have. Any issues regarding damaged or misplaced garments will be handled in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 

Q. When should I expect my laundry to be ready?

Rest assured that we'll handle your laundry with care and deliver it back to you within 2 3 business days. However, if you're in a hurry we also offer same day service for a fee of $10, per 1kg of laundry.

 

Q.Can I use my bag when placing an order?

If you're a customer, without a Brita Wash bag you can certainly use your bag. Once you've made your order we'll provide you with our bags for orders. Kindly remember to utilize those bags for any orders.
